Fell & Tarn Hampers offers gift and welcome hampers (with a delivery service) with items handpicked from across Cumbria.

We reserve the right to add/discontinue any product or service anytime at our sole discretion.
Any orders placed with us either online, by email or phone are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined.
From time to time we may need to substitute an item within your order. Where possible, we will contact you to advise. However, during busy periods this may not be possible. If we do need to substitute an item, we will ensure it is of equal or greater value than the one originally ordered. If you are not happy with the substituted item, please get in touch.
We reserve the right to change packaging, descriptions and specifications without notifying you. We will always try our best to ensure all product images and information is kept up to date. However, there may be odd times where the website shows older images and information. If the product you purchase is unsatisfactory due to this, please contact us.
The purchase of products through Fell & Tarn Hampers is limited to parties who can legally form contracts on the Internet. If you are under age 18, you may only use our services and order with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Please be sure your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you.
Alcohol - by law we cannot sell products containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order with us it is confirmation that you are of legal age. Proof of ID may be required.
Our website accepts all major payment methods including:

Prices shown on the site are in GBP. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products (all prices displayed on the website or in printed marketing material include VAT). When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.
You can send a gift note with your order free of charge. Please note that there is a maximum character count of 150. Unfortunately, the gift message cannot be changed once the order is placed. We cannot accept images or emoticons.
Customers are only permitted to use one promotional code per transaction.
All Food and Drink Items
Due to the majority of our products being fresh, they may have a short expiry date. Due to this, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns of these items. Therefore, these items are excluded from your statutory rights to return items.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel, you have 24 hours to cancel before we dispatch it. However, this may not always be possible; once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be returned in the same packaging along with the receipt. We will be happy to exchange or refund it based on your original payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: the following items are not eligible for return, fresh hampers which include: bread, milk, eggs, butter, homemade shortbread and meat.
We aim to get your order sent out the next working day. There are 2 options at checkout - First or Second class with the Royal Mail or DPD. We cannot always guarantee that Royal Mail/DPD will deliver on time, we hold no responsibility over this. We will try our best to avoid this happening.
When you visit the website or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. In doing so, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication is in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fell & Tarn Hampers, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fell & Tarn Hampers assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
