Farrer's Tea & Coffee
John Farrer & Co (Kendal) Ltd or, as they are better known, Farrer’s is the UK’s oldest coffee roaster. In 1819, they began supplying tea and coffee on Stricklandgate in Kendal, where they blended tea and roasted coffee in the shop. Today at 13 Stricklandgate, you can find the Farrer’s Tea & Coffee House, which boasts a whole range of our teas & coffees, attracting visitors from all over the world.

Lake District Biltong
Bryan started making biltong to cure his craving for some that was as good quality as back home in South Africa. Starting with one unit to supply to friends and family, the demand increased quickly and now he has multiple units allowing him to share a taste of Africa by making and selling his fantastic biltong.

Lakeland Mues
From starting out toasting in their mothers kitchen and selling on Keswick Market to supplying an award winning product across the country, this muesli is the best of the best. Still toasted in their Cumbrian countryside kitchen, Lakeland Mues provides muesli which is perfect as a hearty breakfast or perfect for a 4pm snack.

Little Lakeland Soap Company
Handmade in the gateway to the Lake District, The Little Lakeland Soap Company aims to bring the natural goodness of essential oils to your body, mind and senses. The company began in 2016 when founder, Siobhan Dawson, decided to share her love of essential oils and her huge belief in the healing qualities they provide.

Manor Park Organics
Based in West Cumbria, a stone’s throw from the breath-taking Lake District is this fabulous business. The cosy rural idyll is dedicated to researching and preparing beautiful aromatic products, designed to enhance your well-being and support mental health! Each of their candles donates money to Women out West - a charity that supports survivors of domestic abuse and empower women to reach their full potential. Find their products in our Care Package.

Romneys of Kendal
George Romney Ltd is a fourth-generation confectionery business that you’ll find located on the edge of the Lake District National Park in the market town of Kendal. Romney's Kendal Mint Cake was immortalised in history on May 29th 1953 when it was carried on the first successful summit of Mount Everest by Sir Edmund Hillary and Sirdar Tenzing - you can find it in a number of our hampers.

Soap Dairy
The Soap Dairy makes traditional Cold Process soap using Jersey milk from the farm’s dairy cow, what would traditionally be called a ‘house’ cow as she provides milk for her calf as well as the household. A range of their products are in our hampers - couple of my favourites being the bath bomb and salt scrub!

Winter Tarn Dairy
Founded in 2009, this business is run by husband-and-wife team Jeremy and Tricia. Running their own dairy farm, the family started the business with the aim of making a better price for the milk they produced. All butter is handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality butter possible - it is lovely on toast!

Zingi Bear Ginger Switchel
Zingi Bear is an organic switchel producer in the Lake District.
Founder Laurie is all about flavour. A trained cheesemaker and brewer, he is obsessed with great tasting food and drink.
'Zingi Bear' (from the Latin for ginger 'zingiber') is our take on that drink. Made with responsibly sourced organic ingredients - taste first / no compromises.

Wild & Fruitful
This locally based business provides an extensive range of chutneys, sauces, jams, and marmalades. The partnership with this supplier couldn’t get more local as the director, Jake, is a very good friend of mine and lived down the road as we were growing up. They use traditional methods - think big pots and pans - and make everything in small batches to ensure the quality is kept throughout.
